I saw these on the Tuesday 24x24 this week and moaned so loud that Agnes handed me her credit card. Holiday gift sorted!

I usually wait til after Christmas when it goes on sale.

I'm a big kid at heart, so what I bought for my friend's kids, I also bought for myself! Pew! Pew! Pew! Of course, Uncle Fuzz has to have the bigger, more powerful version! Can't let t

My wife wanted a Peloton bike for herself for Christmas so she and I agreed she could buy one as long as I got myself the equivalent amount of CCs ....and a new wineador in which to store them.  Family's going to have a tough time beating that one ?

Got a lustful eye on this... a potential belated Christmas gift to myself after I move at the beginning of the year.  Unfortunately they want ~$300 to ship it, so I might have to go pick it up.

Looks nice. Is it new?  Who makes it? I regret not getting an Aristocrat before they stopped making them and have been looking for a used one or the next great humidor builder ever since.

Been on a bit of a tear....NC and CC. The FOH XMas Sampler landed today safely....super psyched about trying all these young sticks. Will probably save the double bands for a bit just to confirm they are mens' equivalent of womensweaknesses for expensive baubles.

They sell them on 1stclasshumidors.com... It's a Lemans brand/model... it's on the relatively low end for a cabinet that size (~6ft), but I've seen some reviews that make it seem like a steal for the price ($699).  I've heard adding some stronger magnetic catches and replacing the analog hygrometer are both essential (pretty obvious, at least as far as the analog hygrometer is concerned), but it comes with a cigar oasis built into the price, so that's a perk.  There are some really nice fully digital, climate-control-integrated models, but they cost over 3x as much.  This one happens to be in my budget (if I cut back on cigars for a month, anyway).

For that size at that price I'd expect some leaking. Maybe not. But some food grade silicone and thin weather stripping should fix her up.

Besides cigars, been thinking about gifting myself a pool table. Used to play a lot but between family and work dont have that much time anymore.

I ignored the reviews on the site figuring some of the positive ones were fabricated and the negative ones deleted, but the independent video reviews I've seen have been mostly positive.  One person I talked to on reddit said it sealed great after adding some stronger magnets (the door comes with heavy-duty weather stripping).  I imagine it will require a little work, but for the price I don't mind at all, as long as it doesn't tank like a crappy second-hand boat.  I wouldn't even mind putting in the time to do some minor woodworking to make the necessary improvements if it came down to it.

I have purchased from that website 3 times before (desktop large humidor) and I would again. Everything about it works perfectly, I don't even use any humidification devices now (not even Bovedas) and it keeps my cigars pristine. Do note however, it does take a while for the cedar to season - I'd say give it around 6 months with some Bovedas, but after that period, absolutely perfect.

I also recently found very close examples on Taobao (Chinese Amazon) and plumped for one, which arrived just a couple of weeks back. From what I can tell it's exactly the same, I've asked others to inspect the humidors from both sources and nobody could tell a difference. However, the results matter more than the look, so to be fair I can only make a judgement on it in a few months.
