I felt more medium/mild on strength and body but they were both after a decent lunch. I figure the Fundies would give me more time to sit back and enjoy than the quicker 40min Reyes. Any thoughts on the coloniales? Our host always has amazing descriptors on 24:24 but have been hesitant on pulling the trigger. No, the Reyes are the only Trini's I have bought. Couple things with the marca. Definitely higher priced, in the Cohiba range. 24 cigars instead of the normal 25 in a box. Call me crazy, but I feel "cheated" by not having a 25th cigar. So I stick to more budget based brands with "25". LOL

Could be the best bargain in CC skinnies. @JohnS has reviewed these positively frequently and I can attest to there deliciousness. ? +1 Got a box of PLMC as part of a larger deal and love them 1

LOL These are either same sizes are very, very close: Fundadores vs Lancero $390-$425 vs. $600-$625 Coloniales vs Siglo II $200-$230 vs. $330-$350 Reyes vs Siglo I $170-$200 vs. $240-$260\ As you can see, this is much cheaper than Cohiba. But yes, it's 24 ct packaging vs 25. Hmmm

I’ve been particularly interested in the Siglo line however I heard they’re more mild compared to the normal production cohibas? So better value/flavor with the trini?

I like to have boxes of everything, but I won't smoke Cohiba anything all that much. Trinidad has a way better value and flavor in my opinion than Cohiba. But again, it's personal preference and if money is no object (I'm not at that point in my life...yet) then by all means, smoke what you like. The Linea clasica are milder in my experience than the Linea 1492. I love the Siglo line, but also love the CCE, lancero, and Esplendido. I guess I'm easy to please lol not many Cubans I don't enjoy. Maybe a handful that I wouldn't buy boxes of
BlueRidgeFly Posted December 1, 2019 Posted December 1, 2019 Gotta agree on the PLMCs. I picked a few singles up in Europe in June on a whim. Now I have a couple 2017 boxes, really enjoy them, and they're inexpensive. I know some people don't like sticks quite that skinny, though.

I smoke them all lol
