No verification characters on Habanos site

Sorry if this has been discussed before. did search but couldn’t find anything. 
 

im trying to verify a code on the Habanos web site.  It is asking me to enter the displayed verification characters but there are none displayed.  I’m using an iPad and and have tried safari and chrome. Anybody else having this problem?

It doesn’t work on an iPad - at least not for me. On a regular Mac, only Chrome works, not Safari.

Simple solution... give your wife her iphone back and reactivate your real phone.

I'm on a Windows PC using Microsoft Edge.  No Captcha symbols showing.  I'm in the US.  So, I thought maybe its a US thing.  But my buddy in Canada tried on his PC.  Same thing.  Any help would be appreciated.

Works for me on edge (windows 10 virtual machine). I'm in Canada. Doesn't work on other browsers.

edit 2: also works in internet explorer

edit 3: works in firefox on MacOsX but not chrome or safari.

Works fine for me (Windows PC, IE and Firefox).
