How do you travel with a bundle of cigars you plan to smoke on your trip?

Check out Harbor Freight as well, they have the cheapest hard plastic cases around.

I have the Xikar 5, 10, and 15 and a couple of Pelican cases for larger amounts plus one of the Harbor Freight Knock-Offs. All work just fine. I usually have a 65% Boveda inside. Most of the time I bring my Xikar 10.

Wow, no kidding. For those in the states those are quite a deal(and w a pressure equalization capacity if flying as well. 
 

Will try to stop by one when I can. Unfortunately the HF are not typically on my route.

The Elephant Home or Travel cigar humidor along with this tray:
