El Presidente Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 There are some articles that simply confuse you 10 Best Cigars To Buy When Traveling To Europe https://www.thetravel.com/best-european-cigars-buy-when-traveling/
Nino Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Thanks for wasting 3 minutes of my time and this piece of unforgettable wisdom ... : Cohiba Piramides Extra This cigar comes from a company in Switzerland and has a medium to a robust flavor that hobbyists love. It comes in a torpedo shape that has a premium-feeling wrapper that is to die for. The tobacco has a Vuelta Abajo origin that is unlike anything else you have probably tasted in your lifetime. 2 1
Dozerhead Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 I had no idea the CPE came from Switzerland? Who knew? ?
nKostyan Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 This cigar can be found in Russia ......and it has a finish of a mild sweetness that drives customers wild.So far I've heard a lot of curses regarding this release. The cigar definitely requires a long aging, now it is still hard to smoke.
kalibratecuba Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 I looked everywhere to see if this was a parody site, or something like The Onion. El Prez, why do you torture yourself and us with links like this? I think I'm amused and a little disassociated. Who goes to Europe and looks to buy Quorums? Maybe English is not the writers first language from the first part of this sentence and not a cigar smoker with the use of the word 'single' in the latter half."It originally comes from Cuba and costs the equivalent of around $20 for a single cigar."Sent from my GM1917 using Tapatalk
joey rockets Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 The author of this article (Rebecca Knauss) does not smoke cigars. She lists several duds among the ten that would not make anyone's 'best' list. 1 1

Quorums are not terrible cigars - I've smoked them a few times in prior years, and kept looking for them to increase in price eventually due to their staying power and somewhat growing popularity with every day smokers. I did find it a bit stark, somewhat, that they would be included among the 10 best to get while in Europe - what with the varied and wide selection available there. It's like an American going overseas and then specifically seeking out Oscar Meyer brand wieners and other "ordinary" lunch meats when one is among highly coveted rare selections of meat delicacies. Still IMHO, pretty interesting (if baffling) article

I thought "fancy" but was probably remembering those Corum Swiss watch advertisements I'd seen in old magazines.
La_Tigre Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Capitolio or 54.... I guess it’s the same RG...?

I watched Gurkha start as a Thompson Cigar house brand and grow into this monster of today offering hundreds of varieties. They must have acquired some expensive tobacco along the way as they also sling expensive boxes however, the Gurkha original was the shirtless, Turkish appearing warrior with a long, curved blade clutched in each mitt offering cheap azz bundles. They are also a leader in the large, boring RGs that seem to be popular now?
garbandz Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 and someone probably got paid for writing this drivel.... shocking, just shocking............
