MoeFOH Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 If you had no constraints to the decision... 1. What would be your one choice of a city/town to live in? & 2. What would be your one choice of a city/town to holiday in?
SenorPerfecto Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 I’d probably live in Paris. Always love it there Holiday? Venice or Kyoto! 3

SmokyFontaine Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 I'd live in the San Diego area, and for vacation, Valencia, Spain still stands out as one of the most lovely places I've been. 2
cigcars Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 **No constraints? *I would live in Rome, Italy: I would vacation in New York City

Meklown Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 1. London - love the diversity and the weather, though the politics there is a joke 2. Machu Picchu - an extinct city, but would love to have the time/money to visit one day

Subcomandante Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 1. Big Sur or the town of Gorda 2. Taos, New Mexico
Guest Nekhyludov Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Live in NOLA, holiday in Havana. I've had the pleasure of doing both and would love to again.
Philc2001 Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Good question. Tough call. I think I'd probably give Monaco a try. It is within driving range of the French and Italian Rivieras, easy access to all of Europe, Switzerland and Africa. It's a short hop to a sunny respite in Costa Del Sol, Spain, and it is home to one of my favorite Grand Prix venues. 1

Nothing mysterious about the Monterey Peninsula, it’s just a nice place. Hell, if it gets boring you can always roll on over to Salinas to be on Live PD.

Islandboy Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 1. Maui. My home by default and birthright. 2. Hood River Oregon. A laid back place with micro-breweries and wilderness, and close enough to the city charm of Portlandia.
