Punch Punch. Reg Sep 18 (OFRW)

It being the afternoon and warm, and having already smoked a BBF this weekend, I wanted something a little more on the lighter side.

in comes a favorite of mine the punch punch

got this psp box months ago and now is the time to try the first out the box.

pre light- aroma is insane opening the box!! Can smell the tobacco at arms length away. Tobacco and cedar on the puff

1st third- smooth cream, cedar, light tobacco. A little tight on the draw, one touch up, But enjoyable to start. 86 point 

2nd third- the flavors are starting to open up. Some toast and spice, (not pepper but more herbal and baking) come to the forefront. The body is a sold medium, the draw has opened up nicely. So far 90 point 

final third-  The flavors are holding, getting an intense  toasted bread, the smoke is turning thick, flavor of spice is intensifying, almost to the point of overpowering, but hey, I like strong cigars  This stick is finishing strong!! Quite enjoyable. Construction held up perfectly after the first third.

Final score 90 point, too much going on around the edges, not a lot of transition, finished stronger than expected. needs to mellow out for a few, will revisit in  the spring
