Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted September 24, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 24, 2019 Construction: Excellent Box press firm, silky dark PSP wrapper, draw is firm. Cold nose: sweet barnyard with cedar and malty notes. 1/3: First few puffs on this were nice with earth, nuts, leather, cream. Some maltiness on the pallet as well that adds a bit of sweetness. Pepper shows up into this third along with some tannins which overtake the sweet start. Wood and slight vegetal pepper notes on the edges. Ash is firm. Draw is a touch over where I prefer but smoke volume is quite good. 2/3: wood, dry nuts, Malt, and tannins creating a dry smoke. The flavor profile is enjoyable at medium + now even though the creaminess has receded. I can taste the Guinness comparison here as the burn is on auto pilot into the half. 3/3: My thoughts into this third is more aging will be beneficial here. Construction is near perfect causing a consistent burn. Draw opens up and She is pretty close to full flavor here with black coffee dominating with a molasses overtone. I will revisit in a few months and compare to the aged 6er from 24:24 coming. Right now an 88 on this PSP oily wrapper. Cheers 6
