According to the simplified classification it is a Corona, but Cubans use unique formats, denoting similar in size cigars. This cigar has a format 42x135 and has Vitola de Galera - Cosaco. Cosaco in Spanish, Cossack in English. This is the name of the ancient East Slavic horse soldiers armed with a lance, a rifle and pistols. In honor of these warriors was named Vitola de Galera and the oldest Vitola de Salida (Fonseca Cosacos). Let's try this H.Upmann Cossack.

The aroma at cold: is strong spices, cinnamon. Pre light draw: spicy cedar, medium-hard, full filling.

1/3: first puffs give the cedar-spicy with salted caramel taste at start. Good body, strength, smoke. Very strong scent, I just open the door to go back to the room, and the smell knocks me down.

2/3: the taste profile has not changed, but has become more intense and aggressive. There is no doubt that the best Cuban tobacco is used here. Suddenly there was a taste of roasted sunflower seeds. By the end 2/3 of the taste is very tight and almost rounded, all that is possible to distinguish: wood, a mixture of herbs and spices, burnt nuts. Strength is medium to high.

3/3: the last third is a powerful spicy Cuban mix. At the finish there is a sour taste and tingling of the tongue. I liked the taste so much that I finished almost the whole cigar, using a toothpick not to burn my fingers.

Conclusion: this is one of the best cigars of H. Upmann, which I had a chance to smoke. The taste is so strong that a short puffing is enough for me to get a sufficient portion of the taste. In end this small cigar I was Smoking 100 minutes. 5/5 stars

Always was curious about these and if its worth it over my connie A or 1. I think you sold me on roasted sunflower seeds and spiciness in the final third. Thanks for the great review.

I don't like the design of this jar. Bondage, which should provide the clamping force of the latches constantly slides towards the lid. I gave up and keep the jar in an airtight humidrawer.

In Cuba, they are more cheaper. This is one of the cigars to be hunted on the island
