99call Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 So if someone could accurately distill the smell of a well kept walk in humidor, I would bath in it, and douse my house in it....but my gut tells me, that the people who've strived to make cigar inspired colognes, are probably way of the mark. Have you ever tried one? would you ever try one? Here's a few that seem to be out there 3
nKostyan Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 I like the smell of Cuban cigars on my clothes. I don't need perfume for that. Perfume is rather the good idea of a gift from a lady to a Smoking man.

SirVantes Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 Creed Vintage Tabarome. Sadly discontinued, and I'm down to the last inch in the flagon. 1
Riverstyx Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 I have a buddy that has a cigar-inspired cologne. It's the only time I've wanted to wear cologne. Sadly, he refused to tell me where he got it from. 1

Nino Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 Used this Montecristo EdT years ago and it was quite nice, leathery and quite intense. I liked it but have not seen it again ... 2
Popular Post Markspring1978 Posted April 23, 2019 Popular Post Posted April 23, 2019 I have smelled the Tom Ford offering. It was fantastic, I would wear it, but at $500 a bottle, I’d rather have a box of Sir Winston’s. 3 1 3

Ha Yep, Tom Ford designed fragrances are pretty impressive, but unbelievably expensive. I recently went on holiday with a friend who is only impressed with expensive things, he made a B-line to the fragrances in duty free, asking the girls "whats most expensive?" they pointed him to the Tom Ford isle, he proceeded to douse himself the "Tuscan Leather"..........Jesus!!!!! he smelled like a Morrocan handbag saleman for the whole 7day holiday....unbelievably potent. 3
Popular Post SinfullyPatient Posted April 23, 2019 Popular Post Posted April 23, 2019 I've been wearing Tobacco Vanille for something like 10 years now, it's fantastic. 4 1
TheMonk Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 Always wanted to try the Pure Havane as I have both the A*Men and the Pure Malt, and quite like both - but never could find the Havane in any shop to try. 1
SOFLO88 Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 I live in south Florida so this will make sense but I used to douse myself (when i was a kid) in that old school Cuban cologne that came in the shape of a cigar. This is the closed thing i found on google: 1
BadBadMan Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 Aramis Havana has been one of my favorites for years. I wouldn’t call it a cigar fragrance though. It’s more like a fresh green earthy smell mixed with bay rum and smoke. It’s a massive, unabashedly old school, wonderful fragrance that always puts me in good mood.

Even the concept of that...so neat. Do they have different ones? Where can one peruse some of these offerings? Guess I'll have to pull out google. On another note, my favorite colognes so far have all been John Varvatos, and specifically the Vintage. And all of his colognes are actually a VERY reasonable price 1

ebhead Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 Not specifically cigar essence but I tried Tabac a long time ago for a short while. It was too intense and not even close to a tobacco scent.
earthson Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 I called out a co-worker for smelling exactly like Spanish Cedar. He said it was something called Eau du Minerale.
MD Puffer Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 I've got the Kavorka and don't need to worsen the situation with artificial scents. 1
HopeUgood Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 Cigar aficionado used to have a cologne made with tobacco leaf that I liked when I was in high school. Of course there is Snoops Dogg's favorite, Cool Water.

tk4312 Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 Used to like this one when I was much younger. Wouldn't mind buying one again. 1
