Looking to buy a Behike 54. Where to buy?

Recommended Posts

What do you consider a decent price for Behike 54?  700-800-900?

There are legit retailers selling them online right now. The price however is above those listed above (as far as i know).

Trust your source and pay the asking price if you want it that much. Don't gamble.

Waiting for FOH auction...

292 cuc in Havana plus bribe to the seller not less than 50 cuc

I would say bribe is in the 100+ CUC range, easy.

Also, prices are either going up quite a bit right?

I'm curious to see if they will even show up on the auction. But I'm sure they will command the same as secondary market. So low value I'm thinking for 52, 54, 56: 750, 850, 950. I bought a box of the 52 six months ago and I've yet to find a good enough reason to try one. Have yet to justify to myself. Trying to find the 54 and 56 before I dive into them

100+ easy, but regular customer have discounts. Besides, my friends are regularly make gifts to the LCDH sellers. Russian chocolate - that's what Cubans appreciate as much as Russians appreciate Cuban cigars.

P.S. Of course it works when you buy just one box for yourself, not 10 boxes to resell

I would really like to buy a Behike 54 to age for like 5 years and smoke on a very special occasion (Marriage, first home bought). Where can I find one at a decent price? I appreciate any feedback, thanks.

Prez is right, I can think of 2 vendors right off the bat, but expect that 1k price.

I would advise Cuba.  Anywhere else, you just need to have stupid money.

When was the last time someone bought a box of Behike (any) on the island? That isn't a flipper who spends tens of thousands every month or two...

Very curious about this. Not singles, but a full box.

Singles in the window - a sign that the seller can have a box.
There is a good site (not commercial). Enthusiasts publish the date and price of the cigars seen on sale on the island.

Yes I know, this mirrors the current government price list in CUC and is great, as it includes alcohol, coffee, ashtrays, etc.

I'm waiting for the price increase from HSA that'll be across the board. No bueno but it's a long time coming for some marcas. I hope they don't axe anymore cigars though

For Aged Behikes only UK Auction Sites, if not there are some Vendors our ther with the 1K Price Tag mostly from 2017, on the last 5 Cuban Trips last year, not one sign of Behikes anywhere, they had some at the Cohiba Melia but in Singles and only the 52.

Aye I couldn't justify spending that much on one cigar so left it

Ridiculous attitude my man - you could be chucking £250 at single 2011 Cohiba 1966 EL.

I have one BHK54 that a friend here traded with me for a Talisman. Haven’t seen them anywhere since I got into cigars except in other people’s lockers. People hoard these damn things. A smoking club proprietor was trying to sell me a membership and showed me the inside of 3 lockers owned by some Saudi royal family guy and it had only BHK boxes stacked in all 3. You couldn’t slide a piece of paper into these lockers. There were likely about 30 boxes or more in each locker. It was annoying.

So 1-2 hours of a flip of the coin or....50 JL2 = 55-60 hours?

Hard to justify unless you just make so much money that it doesn't bother you

I made 750k clear last year. But even then I'm not spending 100 quid on something I will only get an hours pleasure from. Not unless she is blonde anyhow.

The ones I have from 2015 have a very nice caramel color oily wrapper. But I recently traded 2 Edmundo Dantes 109 ER 2007 for 2 Behikes 56 from 2017 and I have to be honest the wrappers were pale and dry, I saw the box it was not fake, he even showed me the invoice, since he bought them at Hunters and Frank. But they just look like mediocre cigars, I have not smoked them. But Imagine paying $1,200 for a this Box and you open them up and the cigars just look so so.

Ive smoke at least 30 Behikes in the past, I mean they are good, but I don't know if they are 120 dlls a Cigar Good.
