rcarlson Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 I've found the soft flame against the seam works well about 1/2 of the time. Takes some skill to keep from charring, but if done right it softens the glue enough to make for an easy removal. 1

I smoke until close to the band, at which point the cigar is usually a little more pliable, then i slowly massage and slip it off. If it can't be removed easily without damaging the cigar, I just snip it off, can always remove the next one. 2

I like simple, classy and smaller bands like Illusione, Tatuaje, Warped, etc... 2
