Trusty_Patches Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 Hello all! Patches here. I’m a lover of cigars for 3 years now and I’ve tried two brand of Cubans; Cohiba and Cuaba. They types that I had were wonderful but even though I’ve smoked them all, I’m willing to bet that with rest that they would be even better. I’ve enjoyed plenty of Dominican, Nicaraguan and Honduran cigarsto know that all cigars are good and enjoyable depending on what to look for in the world. Came here to to see what you guys liked to enjoy and what you’d recommend to a new smoker!
Popular Post Islandboy Posted March 20, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 20, 2019 This may be TMI right now, but if you know what flavor profiles you’re after, there’s a great comprehensive guide here, explaining what you can expect in general out of each Cuban marca. 5
DeskSmkr Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 What are some of your memorable/favorite cigars? If urged to provide a specific cigar, Montecristo No. 2, but get at least one sampler set from the FOH store, like the “new to Cuban cigar sampler.”
rabidraccoon Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 That flavor post is great. I’d also recommend getting stuff that’s smoking consistently good right now. Partagas E2, Upmann Connie A, Trinidad Fundadores, Lusitanias. For non cubans my taste is very specific but recently I’ve been enjoying Flor de Las Antillas Maduro, My Father La Opulencia, and some Padron 64 and 26s (with some age on them) 1
BoliDan Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 Dont trust this guy. Once he kicked me down a pit and laughed at me. This other time he dressed in my friends armor that looked like onion and had some giant kill me. F off patches. Right, so try some lighter/mellow cigars to start. Avo classic, perdomo champagne, Romeo y Julieta short churchill's are all good starter cigars, imo. 1
