Secondly - and I hate posting disclaimers - I'm in no way trying to be antagonistic. I understand we can have light to medium body with great flavor, but the density / richness vs. well under medium body and subtlety throws me off a bit (easily done). Any thoughts appreciated. i see them as discrete entities, for wont of a better way of putting it. i see rich flavours as something different to the weight/heft of the cigar. to me, because something has a lot of flavour does not make it automatically full bodied. think along the lines of wines. you can have a wine without lovely rich flavours but it can still be a full bodied style. does that make any sense?
Toast & Taste Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 Thanks for the review, Ken. This is one of my 'bucket list' smokes, and if I could find some, and there was no doubt as to provenance, the price would not prohibit a purchase. I might ponder the full box price, but I would move on a few singles without hesitation. They are only cigars, but then again, life is not a dress rehearsal (double homage to Rob ?). Big Al

Markspring1978 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Bravo. Another great review. That being said, something is fishy here. Either Ken found a keyboard with a working shift key, or “friend” is ghost writing Ken’s articles.
IanMcLean68 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 I've wanted to try one of these ever since I watched Rob and Smithy review a 2 cigar gift box of them, many moons ago on the deck. If I recall these were tainted with wood glue just at the very start, and yet Rob stated it was still one of the 10 best cigars he had ever had! Perhaps Ken is getting you back now @El Presidente, seeing as he missed out on that occasion! I've never had the luck to try one, but I live in hope. Fantastic review Ken, bet heck am I jealous!
