Quai d’Orsay no. 54 available in Havana?

Friend of mine will be in Havana this week and I was wondering if the Quai d ‘orday no 54 box of 25 are widely available there?  If so if anyone knows which places are the best ones to shop at?

A month ago they had lots of 50/54 and claro coronas.  Except the coronas, they were in every shop.

You also have to understand that with the throughput of people that Havana sees, the stock continually changes. And with the festival recently, it is a surprise whenever you go. Just keep that in mind. Don't be surprised and I would give your friend a list of what you want, and not just one specific cigar. Good luck!

Yes, I saw boxes of 50 and 54 last week. In the shop at the Habana Libre and Partagas. Before the festival there were also new boxes of Coronas Claro but most of those may be gone.

Friend just got back from his cruise.  Cigar shop he went to had one QDO #54 left.  165 CUC but he got charged a 13%  USD to CUC exchange rate at the immigrations loc.  $190 out the door.

They had some this past week in Varadero at plaza americas as my friend picked up a few 10ct boxes for me.
I wanted the claro coronas and there were a few but when he went back the next day they were gone. 50s were there too.

Just got back from Havana yesterday and 50s were to be found everywhere, both 10 and 25 counts. Not so the 54s, nowhere to be seen.

I had a friend stop in the Nacional this past week for me to look for QdO's. No coronas or 54s - but they had 50s.
