Quiñones Marreo, manager at LCDH Partagas replied that the Encuentro 2019 is November 18-22. But no schedule and prices as of yet...I’ll update my post when I get more info ! Could you please tell me what kind of flights you found, I'm looking and everything that's affordable or that doesn't have 10+ hours of layovers is pretty much gone... Looks like they're going with dates after the official 500th Anniversary of Havana (Nov 16). Still might be tight in terms of hotels, flights, and of course, fuel. I hope I can do a last minute trip at a reasonable price. Haven't been down since Nov 2017. 1
