BBQ Guy Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Hello all. My name is John. I live in Louisville KY. I am a retired Certified Master Chef (CMC). I have been fortunate to do what I love and make a living at it. Over the past 40+ years I’ve worked in 6 different countries and have won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast and Best Chef South. I an a lifetime member of the Kansas City BBQ Society and a Certified Master BBQ Judge. I have always smoked cigars but have only recently gotten serious about them and am hoping to learn from the veterans here. Thanks for the add.

My old stomping grounds. I was a tanker at Knox for 3 years. Some of the best fast food restaurants in the South right there boys.
