Anytime I see Herbie Hancock I think of ‘Tommy Boy’ when someone asked Chris Farley for a signature as “can I get your ‘John Hancock?’” Farley giggles and says “it’s Herbie Hancock!” 1

Ford2112 Posted May 10, 2023 Posted May 10, 2023 Just in case anybody wants to cleanse their mind of John Mayer 😜 2

His pop star status puts some people off. But, his chops are undeniable. Still remember having my mind blown when I heard him play with Herbie Hancock. The Trio was another standout for me Not too many folks can cover as much ground as well as John while maintaining popular appeal. Excited to see what he does next 1
