In the meantime, can you let us know what box codes really stood out for you throughout your 2018 purchases? let's see what trends emerge One bonus question?.....your best quality box (and box code) purchased in 2018? if you get the urge, post a photo for us.

MSU (Partagas Serie E No. 2, Boli PC) Most of my PSP boxes of UEB, MOL, and BUP cigars are vacuum sealed now, but here is a pic of some beautiful HQ CoRo bearing the BUP factory code: 3
Bram Smoker Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 BRE and MSU for me. I know the quality control issues that plagued MSU with the packaging, but the cigars were top notch.

I have read reports that cigars stored this way can benefit from such treatment (lack of oxygen exposure). I’m not a scientist and don’t want to derail this thread, but that’s why I vacuum sealed several PSP and HQ (and clearance, let’s be honest) boxes in 2018. It’s my little science experiment. To keep us back on track, here is a pic of some BUP Lusitanias and the infamous box of bandless Bolivar PC that started the MSU factory QC controversy last year ? 3

I have LMB code which are on my Talisman and Partagas 8-9-8, did not know these two have similarities Thought Talisman are from El Laguito.

I have 7 mastercases down as fails for BRE Upmann Number 2. Outside of that it was a solid code. Even with the Upmann number 2 debacle, it finishes in the top 25. 1

I grabbed two boxes of MUPs in Havana the other week and all 48 look like stunners with just a couple that feel underfilled
