Had the exact same thing happen to me with a box of PSD4 last year. Tried smoking six over the course of three months. Tunneling, canoeing, wrapper would not burn. The remainder of the box is stashed at the back of my humidor for another year or so...but I'm not hopeful. I should also mention that I dry boxed the last three and the result was the same as the first three.

That wrapper certainly looks thick. There’s been a lot of discussion wether a wrapper affects taste, but surely a thick wrapper such as this always yields a poor burn?
