El Presidente Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Cuban Sandwich. It just works......... The sandwich is made with ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and sometimes salami on Cuban bread. 2
Derboesekoenig Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 My absolute favorite sandwich, next to a lobster roll or bbq brisket sandwich. But the best one i've had? Miami. Maybe i found all the wrong places in Cuba...but wow, i've had some AMAZING cuban sandwiches in Miami. 1
M777 Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 I had one in Miami that was just outstanding, I've had others that were not nearly as good. Wish I could remember the name of the place, it was in around 2011 and right around the corner of a hotel named chesterfield (between 8th and 9th if I can recall correctly).
JohnnyO Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Latin 2000 makes a solid Cuban Sandwich and is close to the Miami Airport on Le June road. Many traditional Spanish dishes around $10 as well. John
Islandboy Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Had a seriously delicious Cuban sandwich at Crux Brewery in Bend, Oregon several years back. One of the 10 most memorable things I’ve eaten.
Lomey Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 I've never made one, but a local sub shop here in Kansas City makes a really good one on a homemade bread.
Colt45 Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 If I'm in a restaurant in Cuba and would like a Cuban sandwich - should I just ask for a sandwich?
