Six Eggers in one office, and only four are named partners?  Whatya gotta do, wait for one to die then assume the role without having to order new letterhead?

Well, one is an Eggers-Dryer so already out of the running. That leaves only Austin to change his name to Stacy!

Must be a family firm, I'm guessing 'partners are Eggers III, her three kids and then two grand kids.

Not Lawyers, but at my hospital we have a Urology group called ‘Seamen and Whang’.

We also have a pain management doctor named Dr Hertz.

Clearly.  Pretty sure Stacy is a man though.  Not an uncommon male name in South.  Women aren't generally a "Jr.." "II," or "III" or "IV."

Maybe "The Eggers Firm" would cover for the lot of 'em for generations.

I shall bow to your knowledge of the South of the US. This side of the pond Stacey is a girls name. Never met a bloke called Stacey. Not once.

Stacy (no "e") is not uncommon.  Same with "Lynn" (again, no "e"), and Sue.

Worst ever?  Dorcas.  That's a female's name common in the rural deep south black community.

I grew up in Boston.  Any of those would've gotten your ass kicked regularly and vigorously.

Now that I live in the South, they've grown on me.

Lol.  Can't say as I've met a Ritch with a "T" before.

It is an archaic form of Richard, and what I use as my net handle. Don't want to make it too easy for SkyNet to find me...
