FOH: A Week In Pictures.

Continuing my trip through Kentucky today.

July 4th vacation with the family.  Wife had a professional photographer come out to the house to take pictures of the grandchildren.  Of course, had to sneak one of my own pictures in - "My Three Sons" is going in the man-cave !

We had the most epic salmon trip in years yesterday, topped off by a 35lb MONSTER. Largest one we’ve caught since 2013!!!

Before reading the caption I thought this was one of those recreate a photo when they have all grown up....not a good advert for smoking cigars

That looks delicious.  Reminds me of the time we had tuna in Cabo at the marina after their fishing tournament. So good

Little boating with cousin's wife's cousin's husband. Say that fast, or slow, 3 times. He docks down in a marina in Sayreville NJ. Had to fly those Cuban colors too. (Not pictured... the stars and stripes were flying in the front of the boat) Not sure but maybe the vodka hits differently when you're on a boat. Saucy well before dinner that night.

Remove the pots and plant the plants in treebark for a more natural look

You guys are being pretty harsh to each other. Rob created a land of the misfit plants display…..basically took in some stray cats and dogs. He should be celebrated.

It's a major wrapper explosion, which I had encountered once before. I had Monte 1935 Dumas during Penang trip and its wrapper started to peel off like a cylindrical gift wrap until there's nothing left 😭. It was one of the most horrifying CC experiences, as it looked liked the victims in the Hellraiser film series 😱.

70lbs White Sea bass! 13lbs off the World Record 🤩🤩🤩

I havnt caught one of these in 6 years and nowhere near this size…I’m still on cloud 9!

White Sea Bass. They’re native to Baja California and California. They’re are notoriously difficult fish to catch, which is why they’re called Ghosts out here. We got it drifting dead market squid right above the bottom through an area where squid are actively spawning. We’re at the extreme northern edge of they’re range and they havnt been caught up here since 2015, so it’s pretty damn exciting to see them up here again!
