Finally got the patio sealed today and looking decent! Out to dinner at our favorite 10 table chef-owned Italian restaurant near Flagler. Closing on the new house Friday, took a contract on our Atlanta house yesterday. Got a call earlier today from the transport company they were running just a little late on a delivery so I redirected them to the restaurant based on their ETA. Showed up just after completing our entrees and before coffee/dessert. The entire staff (all Italian) came out to watch and the chef, who used to drive an old Alfa Spider in his younger days gave it a thorough check and a huge thumbs up!
