Looks like a great trip!  Reminds when we were in Riviera Maya.

Great wedding weekend! My dad turns 90 in July, my mum 85 this year. They danced away until closing time.  Ben and Hattie were magnificent. My youngest Brother Rick (left) went "to town

Had a good fall steelhead trip recently. Went 13 for 13 on steelhead in 2 and a half days. Excellent weather! The young angler James was successful as well!

Went to Cuba, smoked good cigars, ate good food, saw cool stuff.

Thanks Santa! It was a great trip indeed. Nice to recharge the batts and get away for a few days.

I really want to go somewhere over the next couple of weeks. The wife is concerned about getting on a plane.

Maybe a beach house on the coast though they're tough going to find right now, especially with a dog.

This time next year expect we'll have one of our own.

Don @Connoisseur Kim had gone wild with new school hair cut, scalp care, and waxing nasal hair at new school barbershop today. Super cool, exotic, and satisfying 1hr+ experience indeed. BTW, waxing nasal hair was a bit painful, but gave me better breathing without obnoxious nasal hair constantly touching my face.

New School Haircut

Note. I can see why people say old school and new school barbershop haircut are totally different in terms of styling (new school uses fingers as a comb, while old school uses comb exclusively).

Awesome.  Love Mexico. Been there about 20 times.  Can't wait to go back.  Tulum is a very cool spot.  Back in 98 I was lucky enough to go into the pyramid at Chichen Itza.  What resort were you at?

We did a half day tour of Tulum.  Very cool place indeed.  Chichen Itza was really where we wanted to go but did not want to take up that much time with the back and forth.  We stayed at the Unico 20.87. Highly recommended of you have not been there already.

We’d love to go back to Cancun. But don’t trust all the crime.

We were about an hour and twenty minutes south of Cancun.  Very minimal anything around the hotel so we felt very safe.

They were operating at 60% capacity for the hotel.  It seemed like there were about that many people on property.  All leisure travel with no groups in house.  Took a day trip to Playa del Carmen.  That beach, was absolutely packed.  At our hotel if there were 30 people on the beach, it was busy.

Hopefully next year, Mike!

This was the second time I've flown since Covid started and I will say, airlines are doing a great job of making customers feel safe.

Well... it ain't no trip to Mexico, just my backyard, but better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

Was planning review for these but who knows if I will get around to it.
