Popular Post Connoisseur Kim
V-Cut is not only seen in cigars. It can be everywhere in unexpected things or places including food! Popular Post Connoisseur Kim
Since my hair and beard gone wild, I went to my favorite barbershop Myeongdong Ibalgwan (old school Korean word for Ibalso, which means barbershop), which is located in Sae maeul Traditional Market. After receiving trimming and haircut, I became Don Connoisseur Kim from bushy P.O.W. hair with the power of old school slick back hair (used Layrite Superhold Pomade for styling) ?! The cost of haircut, shaving, and beard trimming were ₩13000 (approx $11-12). Interior and Exterior of barbershop: After that, I had Korean street food in snack bar Orange Bunsik. It was super tasty as hell ?! Note. Hair salons are still more popular in Korea (young lads prefer to have haircut with bang to look younger, beards aren't that popular too unfortunately), but the fancy barbershops are quite popular since the rise of pomade in my country. Fancy barbershops are similar to American and European's (some of them are run by veteran barbers or offer cigars and boozes) but also that their prices are insanely expensive as hell! The popular haircuts in Korean barbershops are new school haircuts such as low fade side part and slick back undercut (same as Europe and America).
Popular Post StogieSteve23
Had some time to organize our storage unit for work this week. We moved offices back in December and I never had a chance to straighten up the warehouse afterwards. I'm the only one who goes there and uses it for our tournament, so I figured it was safe to go do, now having so much time on my hands. Bonus of it all is that we had an extra roll of astroturf carpeting that I have been saving for 3 years and knew would come in handy one day.. I cut a few pieces off and made a little chipping area in my backyard. With golf courses closed, I needed to find a way to get some swings in!!
Connoisseur Kim
Received a brand new smartphone stand from Joby. It's stiff as hell, but does its job especially in Virtual Herf. I also can place it on poles which is great for me!

The answer is no, since hair salon just provides hair cut and management service only (they mostly offer tea or coffee, snacks while waiting, but not booze). On the other hand, the new school barbershops that I mentioned above have booze and cigars.

I'm going to have to track one down some time for a beer, shave, cigar

I am lucky enough to work in a very wealthy hospital, that can afford the exorbitant costs of PPE in this era of price gouging. The majority here in the US are not so lucky, and have to deal with the same disgraceful circumstances that you are experiencing in the UK. Even with the proper equipment, I am in constant fear of contracting the virus, so I can only imagine the level of fear in all the doctors and nurses that are not properly equipped. 4

RichUK
Crazy busy with work here, we might be at home but the pace certainly hasn't dropped off. Have therefore really enjoyed my time away from my desk and getting out with the dog for some fresh air. In the woods close to our home there is this wonderful patch of wild garlic, you could smell it a long time before you could see it.

I am ENT surgeon and in my workplace we don’t have enough FFP3 stage masks. We mainly use regular surgical masks that are not good enough:( No, I am an Anesthesiologist. Here in the US, intensive care is a sub-specialty of Anesthesiology. And since basically the entire hospital is now an ICU for COVID patients, we dont have nearly enough Intensive Care docs to cover all the patients, so the anesthesiologists are treating them. This is not just in my hospital, but in all of the ones that are overrun with COVID patients. After all, there are only emergency surgeries anyway, so they dont need us in the operating rooms. We commandeered these Stryker space suits from the orthopedic department. We retrofitted the air intake with hepa filters, and we wear them when we intubate covid patients. Intubating these patients is extremely dangerous for both the doctor and the patient. We are right in the mouth, and the process of intubating aerosolizes the virus, so we wear these suits and make everybody else leave the room and we close the door, in case the patient coughs during the intubation. It is dangerous for the patient because we dont mask ventilate them. Mask ventilating them REALLY aerosolizes the virus. The entire room would be filled with virus within a minute or two. So we have no way of getting oxygen into the patient after we paralyze the patient. We have to find the vocal cords and get the tube in quickly before the patient dies. Strange times we are in. 5
