Popular Post Bill Hayes
Spent the last week in Far North Queensland with the missus. Here, we visited the Daintree rainforest and went drift snorkelling down the Mossman river. The water is so clear and fresh you can drink it - which I did to try and recover from a hangover from a long lunch in Port Douglas the day before. Great trip but back to 13 degrees and rain in Melbourne. Wish I could retire!

Popular Post Jal154
Last Saturday morning .........then sneaking up to my house at 9:30pm. He has been hanging around for 4 days. Neighbors called trappers and they caught him on Monday night. I thought they would release him way out west near the Everglades, but no, they euthanize them when they are over 7-8 feet and sell the meat to restaurants and sell the skin. I wish he would have got away and made his way to where he came from!
Popular Post Engineer99
Been out for a while physically, but even longer mentally....I had no idea that the events that transpired last November would impact me this far out, but here I am. Jeff Lynne's ELO made a second pass at the Bay Area and I worked the show in San Jose... This is after all lighting, video, and sound is flown, right before the stage rolls into place. Since I'm a gear junkie, I present the most awesomely wired drive/amp rack I've ever seen....This powers exactly one half of the arena sound, and there's an identical one on the other side. It's like the studios in LA I've done wiring for where every cable is only as long as it needs to me and ergonomically run to maximize air flow so the amps can run more efficiently. I've seen other sound drive systems on major tours that were a complete disaster and total mess. The final setup from the Front of House mix position. 8
