mrmessy
Celebrated my 35th birthday yesterday with a hare hunt in one of my favorite spots in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley. Not the most bountiful hunt, but I reconnected with a pair of Canda Jays who befriended me (and helped me find my quarry) on my last trip to that spot. This time they invited me to, and showed off, their nest. I paid tribute, of course. Enjoyed a delightful 2013 Libertadore on the way there, courtesy of awkwardPause . All in all, a wonderful day. Happy belated birthday! 35 years young! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Popular Post BarryVT
Took these photos on the Whitepass/Yukon train out of Skagway Alaska to canadian border. Turned out well considering it was from a moving train and using my phone. First one looks like a postcard, second one, just wish black bear would have turned his head.
Popular Post kwsaw63
Attended the ceremony marking the last caisson of Tuas Port phase 1 this week. This is an example of how Singapore benefits from stable and efficient government as this project will only be completed in the 2040s and will have the capacity to handle 65m TEUs; double the current volume handled today. This is what a caisson looks like before it is sunk to form a sea wall to enable reclamation to take place.

Popular Post Nabil
Had work in the Bay last week and along with it a free weekend there so I took off for Yosemite and got some of my favorite shots there yet. This is the first time I've stacked images for star trails, this is 291 shots over one hour and 13 minutes. And for good measure, Valley View earlier in the day: 20
Akela3rd
Test Dept. on stage in Hackney, London. 1st time I've seen them play live since the mid '90s. Incredible noise from the original industrial music agitators. If you thought NINs was industrial, this is where Trent Raznor got his ideas. Support was Shelley Parker, moving this style of music onto another level. Brilliant, life affirming night out.Sent from 47171 Lempo
Popular Post Connoisseur Kim
I travelled to Penang for three days from 25th to 27th of April by train. This place was full of great landmarks and restaurants that made me feel amused (pic bomb warning)! The only two places that I didn't find interesting were Love Lane and Gurney Drive as they were nothing special compared to others. 1st Day: 2nd Day: 3rd Day: 16

Popular Post David88
Just spent a few days in Beirut for a short break. Incredible place that I appreciate more each time I visit. I would happily say it is the greatest city for cigars outside of Havana. In a Starbucks last night there were 10 of us smoking, I’ve been in actual lounges with fewer people. If you get the chance or are considering it then do go! 15

My cousin goes to Lebanon at least once year and touts the duty free as the largest walk in, in the world. Would really like to visit Beirut some time.
