Here's the salami as of yesterday.  The fennel salami was washed with a mold solution.  The cases will be totally white eventually.  They are starting the bloom now.  Some mold has spread to a few of the Calabrian pepper salami which is fine.  My cellar is 55f with 68% humidity (using a humidifier).

After looking at map, think it may be Mt Rainier, as we were on descent 20 min out of seattle. Coming from houston which would be heading from southeast.

Hi all.

my wife and I have been in Brisbane this week,my wife was here for a work conference,and I joined her last Wednesday evening.caught up on the deck on Friday for Arties 60th surprise birthday party on the deck at FOH HQ 

What a marvellous afternoon caught up with some good friends,artie is a wonderful guy and it was really nice to catch up with him again ,it really was a case of friendship fraternity and laughter ,may you have many many more .

Saturday my lovely wife Lucinda and myself caught up with Rob Di and Lisa for what can only described as one of the best lunches EVER!!!.

The Resturant is called Moda if ever in Brisbane I highly recommend it the food was second to none,whilst there we attempted to put right all that is wrong with the world and then some ? http://www.modarestaurant.com.au/

Our host as always was top notch and Lucinda was so happy she finally got to catch up,with Lisa 

so to Rob Di And Lisa thank you for a fantastic catch up hope to do it again as soon as is possible ,we love you all to bits ???❤️

Here's how they since the 9th.  The mold is becoming pretty even.  Temp is 55F and humidity staying level at 72% in the basement.

More freebie cigars (HUHC, Monte Dumas and JL2) and XIKAR butane which I bought few days ago for refilling my torch lighters. Cannot wait to review Dumas since I never tried any Montecristo 1935 cigar yet ?!
P.S. My hands were almost being frosty during refilling my torch lighters ?!

Finally pulling out of winter in Chicago. Sunny here today, has me thinking about my trip last summer to Glacier National Park. Hoping to get back there soon. Pictures can't possibly do it justice but this one is probably my favorite. Sitting on the balcony of my room early morning sipping coffee before everyone else started to get out and about. Lake was like glass.
