LLC Posted August 27, 2018 Posted August 27, 2018 Out at the beach with the family this week, which typically involves surfing and golf, and more golf and surfing. Out to dinner in Montauk... It was such a beautiful day, people were taking out their classic cars. The lot at the golf club was full of them. I quickly snapped a couple of pics. I love old pickup trucks. Great way to spend some downtime. Love the old Corvette, I’d love to have that same color combo but in a 1959. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

Popular Post Fuzz Posted August 27, 2018 Popular Post Posted August 27, 2018 Continuing with the renovations at my house. Feels like the renos are never ending. All the paving under the pergola is going, a new concrete base will be laid with travertine pavers (600mm x 400mm x 22mm) and a new staircase leading down the side of the house. Will also be installing an outdoor kitchen, ceiling fans and new LED lighting. 9

Popular Post encephalization Posted August 27, 2018 Popular Post Posted August 27, 2018 Went to Kentucky on a bachelor party/trip that included some bourbon tours (Buffalo Trace and Woodford) and good dinners. Had the chance to meet up with a certain legendary FoH member too (who makes a mean G&T).Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk 15

It is based on fieldwork and analysis we started two and a half years ago in eastern Brazil on a species very similar to Spanish cedar. I had a cigar stand made out of some wood. Second picture is over a year old, showing a haul of the same species that we got from the Amazon. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk Sounds and looks like a fun job. Have fun 1 1

This is my current situation this morning while watching my little ones play in their kiddie pool. Life is good!? I don't always smoke nc's but when I do it's Illusione. Stay smokey, my friends! How is that one? I've had ultra and epernay, and enjoyed both. 2

I'm a big Illusione fan, although I don't enjoy the Ultra line. The Epernay line is brilliant and I would say Cruzado is shortly behind Epernay. They are more toasty with sweet spices and coffee flavors. If I were to rank all the Illusione lines from best to less best it would be as follows: Haut 10, Singulare Miserere, ECCJ 20th, Epernay, Cruzado, Original Documents, Rothschilds and distant last Ultra(too strong and pepper forward for me).
RupertPupkin Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 Just recently purchased a new turntable. Ive never had so much fun diving into music and exploring all different genres. This baby produces a great sound, and there’s nothing better than sitting back to a great cigar and some good music! AE0DBB32-A21B-45F9-A57F-25C5498CE5BB.MOV 2

Popular Post Fuzz Posted September 2, 2018 Popular Post Posted September 2, 2018 My renos are slowly coming along. All the pavers have been removed and they discovered that I don't need any additional compacting work done. The guy who did the pavers did such a good job compacting the ground, they had a hard time digging up the trenches for the new stormwater drains and sewerage lines. All the form work completed, with a wider staircase. Concrete poured. This spot needed 1.5 cbm of concrete just to fill. They made a miscalculation and needed to add an additional step for the staircase. Even though they had ordered a little extra concrete, just in case, they needed an additional 2 bags to finish off the steps. My old man accidentally let Hunter out, and he made his mark on the concrete. So I made it official. 5 1 4
Cubadust Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Saturday was gameday. ”We” (AIK) took our 7th victory in a row and are still undefeated for the first 20 games. 10 more to go. Sunday was family day. Nice late summer / early autumn weather today. We spent the day in Hagaparken, a big park built by the swedish king Gustav III in the late 1700s. It’s an ”English park” that looks french but is inspired by Campagna Romana in Rome. It never got totally finalised since he was assassinated in 1792. Sad for him but I had a great weekend that I’m finishing off with a RASS. 3
Popular Post cfc1016 Posted September 2, 2018 Popular Post Posted September 2, 2018 I arrived in Alaska this week after traveling the Alcan to get here. Got to see a spectacular [my first] northern lights display in Haines Junction, YT. I saw lynx, moose, elk, wild horses - you name it. I went straight to work when i got here. My cigar collection showed up the day I arrived, thankfully! 13 2

Popular Post encephalization Posted September 3, 2018 Popular Post Posted September 3, 2018 Today is still the weekend, right? Needed some time to clear my head and went out to play some scramble (pictured is the winning part of our team, i.e. not me). No cell phone service out in the Ozarks, turned out great as I had some good news waiting in my inbox as we returned to civilization.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk 5

Popular Post JohnS Posted September 4, 2018 Popular Post Posted September 4, 2018 My kids are born 2 years and 2 days apart so we had a small 20th and 18th birthday party for family. My daughter wanted me to fix a special cocktail to celebrate turning 18 (the legal age to consume alcohol in Australia). I fixed her a B52 which is a shot of Kahlua, a shot of Baileys and a shot of Grand Marnier (or Cointreau) layered carefully on the back of a barspoon. After all that, she hated it! I still love her! ?? 10 1
