Love Copper! It was favorite when I lived out there. Looks like we're going to Keystone for our trip this year.....

Popular Post Bill Hayes
One day hot and humid and the next cold with chilly SW wind. Melbourne. Couldn't help but jump back in for another JL#2 PSP. Even better. Nubbed.

Popular Post Bill Hayes
I humbly declare it's Manzanilla and tapas evening. Question for Ken - Is Manzanilla often rusty in colour like a ginger beer? Is that aged or is it heat affected? Didn't smell musty at all. And very complex. I might just be used to the cheap claro stuff that is a little less refined, sharper and more on the sea salt/sea shell/kelp/sea lettuce side. Very much enjoyed this one. Just surprised. Cheers.

Thanks for the feedback Ken. Yes, it's the navazos. Have half a bottle left for this evening. Will try the navasos fino next week, then the lustau amontillado after. Hope you enjoyed the lustau. I also had a umpmann connie2 that was really good. Quite the surprise. I tried one too early and didn't think much of it but 3 months later and I see what people are talking about. Cheers, have a great day.
Popular Post Connoisseur Kim
I received a cigar gift from one of my Korean FOH BOTLs today. I really appreciated his generousity, since he gave his 24:24 Partagas Lusitania, Montecristo No. 1, and H. Upmann Connoisseur A along with Davidoff Nicaragua Toro as a gift in secure packaging with a Boveda 8g 65% RH pack and Spanish Cedar sheet (Partagas Lusitania, Montecristo No. 1, and H. Upmann Connoisseur A are one of my fav CCs) 👍. I'll definitely send two FOH Nudies No. 1 Ebony & Ivory singles and one PSD4 HQ stick to him as a gift of gratitude when I get a FOH Nudies No. 1 Ebony & Ivory box split from another FOH Korean BOTL 😄. Since I've never had any NCs before, both FOH Nudies No. 1 Ebony & Ivory and Davidoff Nicaragua Toro will be one of my first NC experiences (Davidoff cigars are extremely expensive in Korea too) 😃.

Great pics of a great mountain-I've spent a lot of time there with my family and that's where we learned to ski. I miss it!!
Popular Post Bill Hayes
The warm weather continues so why not. Enjoyed a RASS and a Monte this weekend. Both very good. SB, will tackle another JL#2 PSP - best I've had this 1/4 box. Luckily, won ok on the horses by landing the Sydney quaddie. Hmmm.... JL#2, BBF or Monte2? Decisions, decisions! Ha ha!

I snapped the pic from a friend's collection who was fortunate to pick them up a week or two earlier. I'm not sure what he paid. Cheers

Popular Post Bill Hayes
The warm weather is hanging on by it's fingertips in Southern Oz. Probably only a week or two to go before it cools into Autumn. Best make the most of yard smoking in the late afternoon sun. Then it's winter coats, beanies and stout on the back deck. ha ha! Cheers.

Popular Post riderpride
Calgary went from almost no more snow to this disaster in a week or so. Expected to be -35c by morning. Dog isn't even interested in the ducks anymore - the weather has broken her. Good news is back up to 0c by Friday for those needing another migraine 😀 Cheers 10
