Hello from Budapest

Hey there fellow FOH friends, Mr Beaver and I are on our annual corporate adventure which rewards his company’s top North American sales performers. I am one of 4 CEO wives that hosts the large group.

I hold a herf with Cuban cigars each night for anyone interested to thank them for the trip. This is the fifth year. Lots of people participate and love it!

Here are some interesting pictures of Budapest for you to enjoy.

I am standing there with that young cigar guy. This is the only cigar shop in Hungary and it is the only one in Hungary. If you look at the reviews or scores out of five. Folks give it one star. It is the only one!

The guys that work the Cigar Tower are somewhat cautious when you first come in because new customers are cautious, rude or asking so many questions and then leaving. Not the beavers. We found what we wanted and thanked them.

We also knew what I described above.

Next door to our hotel there is a bar and patio where I hold a herf with FOH cigars.

Enjoy Budapest-it's a fabulous place with the sights, good food and wine.

But yeah, I've been to that cigar shop too for some El Principe, which they didn't have, but they tried to sell me some PARTAGAS shorts which were "just the same " according to them and were annoyed that I didn't buy them.

As I said, they are the only store in this country and are so limited. They can only do what they can do. 

But on on another note, here is a dessert!

If you have time calll at Vass shoes on Harris Koz (in the centre). The best value completely  handmade shoes you can buy, anywhere!

Yes! Smoking does not seem to be an issue outside anywhere. The bars are really something. The giant park for younger people at night is packed like Woodstock lol.

There is a place downtown packed with multiple bars in it called The Ruins. Look it up.

There is a nice spot outside our hotel I hang out in the evening with friends and smoke, right next store to that cigar store mentioned above. It opens at 5 or 6 pm. 

It is called the Blue Fox.

La Bodeguita Del Medio is the best place to smoke in Budapest. Would suggest to bring your own cigars but the place looks fantastic and the drinks are great.
