Question about where to stay for 10+ guys

I did a search with no results coming back on this topic. I wanted to try something new and away from the Vegas, NOLA, and Miami types of parties. I am in the process of planning a bachelor party for my brother. With that said, does any have any recommendations for house/home rentals for 10-13 guys? I'd like to be close to the restaurants, nightlife, LCDHs (this is mostly for me) and bars.
