RUO or ROU box code

I’d like to know your opinion on RUO and ROU box code.

I have seen Monte 4 and 5 in both (15 and 16). Quality was good. Right skewed bell curve.

2 boxes of Monte 3 RUO DIC 15. Great flavour when they aren’t plugged or have a horribly tight draw. 3/4 of each box is nearly unsmokable without a draw tool.

I've got a box of Monte 4 RUO NOV 15 and they are awesome.  

And I'm pretty sure these are what @El Presidente considers PE. Blue sticker is what makes me think that, Although I couldn't tell by the look, feel, or smell of them. I am a noob but they are PSP to me.

Woah, it seems 50/50 with these. I do appreciate the input. I hate plugged cigars. It reminds of my SLR Serie A 2001 that were plugged af.

I've smoked 7 Monte 4 so far and not one has been plugged. "Knock on wood"
