The last I heard the rains and flooding from Alberto were causing some issues for some of the smaller fincas during processing: 

I think however they seem to have stabilized the situation and losses were minimal. I believe production estimates are still optimistic.

Did the two excellent harvests boost the current production? Are we going to see the return of missed cigars? (SLR DC, Bolivar Corona Gigantes, Punch DC,...)

It will boost production in 2019/20/21. 

You will see Siglo VI/Behike etc. 

You are unlikely to see Boli CG, Punch DC in cabs again. 

Maybe SLR DC. Maybe some of the missing Hoyo's. 

Return on Investment. Those cigars that produce the highest return...to be returned first.
