Not sure if anybody is interested in these but I know they seem to have been out of stock forever. I just noticed JR cigars has them in stock.

At least they herein stock when I posted this. I've never smoked one so I can't comment on wether or not they actually are cigar of the year worthy. If somebody buys a box maybe you'll send me one. :D

I’ve had one single. I thought it was more interesting than great, if that makes sense. It had just gotten the B&M a day or two before I smoked it. Some interesting flavors, but they were pretty muted. If, after some rest, those flavors expressed themselves more fully, I could see the praise. As I smoked it, though, nah. Just good.

Wouldnt mind stashing a box to age, though. Thanks for the tip.

Smoked a few. Pretty good for a NC. Not a ligero bomb like so many LFD cigars. All of the ones I smoked were unusually heavy in weight but had excellent construction.

I few years back when the MF Le Bijou 1922 took top dawg, I scored a few singles and thought it was pleasant enough. Bought a box once the rush was over and they were back in stock....not the same cigar at all, pretty much rubbish in fact. Seems they mucked with their normal process just to get them out the door. Hopefully this isn’t the case with the Bull.

There are so many NC choices out there that I don't see the point in chasing. I have a really hard time with the LFDs in general but I do enjoy some of their "off-brand" releases (the 1992 Vintage e t c). I haven't had an Andalusian Bull for quite some time (end of 2016 I'm guessing) but I remember it being a decent smoke. Not mind-boggling and not really worth the hype. Give me two RASSs for the same price any day of the week. Give me one even.

Shame that not many people age NCs because I think this would be a stellar cigar with a few years on it.  I think the problem was that full-bodied cigar smokers of NCs in the past had to deal with mostly Honduran and DR filler.  The DR stuff was probably too mild to age and Honduran aged really doesn't taste great.  It's downright terrible.  The Nic puros are a different animal.  I suggest aging those and DR cigars like LFD and Fuente Opus.

I like a few of LFD cigars, la nox petit, colorado oscuro, Airbender. I just picked up their new release la volcada if I like it Ill pick up a box to age. I second aging opus x I've had two and they were both amazing. Wish they were cheaper and I would def get some boxes to age, as of now I just grab a single here and there and put it into the aging stash.

I'm home snowed in so I was searching cigar sites and saw they were in stock. Definitely not chasing them, just thought people may be interested.

La Volcada didn't do anything for me.  I'm not a huge fan of the San Andreas wrapper so likely that's why. YMMV

So it's not just CCs that have quality variations year to year? Incredible...:lol3:

But CCs are just overrated.

At the very least it would be nice if Opus came in regular box quantities, or God forbid, 10ers. When I become King of Cigardom, I'll make a decree that says any cigar that costs more than $12 must be offered in a 10er.

Yeah. On one hand it must be nice that there are 37 in a box once you’ve smoked #25, but jeez, you’ve gotta have large chunks of change laying around just to purchase one.

I can never find an LFD Andalusian Bull locally and I went to Orlando for the weekend and walked into my go to there, Corona Company and they had them. I purchased it and haven't touched it since. I've been waiting to to find another before I touch that one. I always check and no B & M store ever has them. They all say the same thing. They are gone the same day. And apparently, everyone who buys them, buys them by the box. I've heard nothing but great things though.

Had an Andalusian Bull last night. It had a nice flavor profile. I would call it full. As for nicotine strength, it left me woozy. Stronger - if not much stronger - than all of the CCs I've had over the past few months!

Had the same thing.  Bought another box a few months ago and they were almost as good as the year they took #1.

I agree. Just had a few Nicaraguan cigars that I bought earlier this year and they have aged nicely. Some Espinosa Laranjas, Crowned Heads, and different My Father sticks turned into really good smokes after six months or so, especially the Laranjas -- marshmallow, marzipan, caramel... freaking good! Not sure how far you can push Nic puros, but seems like some would age pretty well even beyond this.

Snagged 3 of these about 2 years ago, smoked one and still have the other 2 in my NC desktop humidor. Maybe I will try another soon. I remember the first one fondly but not blown away by it either...

The LFD I bought a few boxes of was El Jocko, but that was a long time ago and don't even know if that short figurado is still rolled?  There are some NCs I return to ie, just bought an 8 cigar box of La Aurora Preferido Ruby Tubo.  The Bull is too tough for me.

I smoked one (was a gift) and it was interesting but not something I'd care to smoke again. I got a ton of almost potpourri taste/smell off of it. Interesting cigar...but again wouldn't care if I never smoked one again. I still think there are tons and tons of cigars that would rank higher. Worth a smoke if you run into one.
