NFL Week One .....Give us a prediction of your team's playoff chances!

Bucs scrape in for a playoff berth with a 10-6 season.

Bucs exit week one

I always make the same prediction going into a new season: Steelers go 16-0, and win the SB... so they end up 19-0.

Seriously though, I say Steelers go 14-2 or 13-3 if Ben doesn't get hurt. They win the division and easily make the playoffs.

Oh he will get hurt...  the thing is he will just keep playing. That guy is superhuman.

As far as the Eagles .. anyone's guess sadly.

Falcons:   My crystal ball shows them going 12-4 and going back to the Super Bowl to make amends for last years melt down.

Falcons defense should be much improved.  If Falcons QB,  Matt Ryan,  gets injured,  all bets are off.  Last years league MVP,  he is a clutch stud (Matty Ice) who doesn't get much respect as he is not in a major market.

Tough division:   Panthers should bounce back this year.  Bucs figure to be much improved.   Saints:  with Drew Brees never count them out,  but I think they're in for a rough season due to a porous defense.

I am a Jets fan. I am optimistic by nature so I will say "close to zero". I'd be happy with one lucky win on the Patriots and we'll call it a successful season.

Pats defeat Kanas City on Thursday in the season opener. They will go 14-2 and make the playoffs.

Redskins.  8-8.  We fire the coach and don't resign the QB and finally rebuild.  Hope, hope, hope......

Eagles go 5-11. No real running game and Wentz gets pummeled.  The rest of the NFC East is better. Doug Pederson hopefully fired by the end of the season.

Dolphins 9-7, and then eliminated in wildcard game. Cutler won't make much difference and frankly even if he did the defense is not capable enough to keep them in close games.

But I expect the Phins to trounce the Buccaneers in week one!

The Bills......um.....Lets see....well. Just wait until next year. 4-12

NY Giants. Most likely will be neck and neck with the Cowboys for the NFC east division. Hopefully Manning has some guys that can run the ball to ease up on constantly passing and being one dimensional. 11-5

Being a lifelong Pats fan, starting in 1969 with AFL Boston Patriots, after enduring three decades of frustration... wow...

Prediction... they'll probably be there at the end...  but much luck is required with health.

Saints squeak into the playoffs at 9-7, go on the road in the first round of the playoffs, and promptly crap the bed.

Texans Defense carries the team.  They only need average QB play and rely on run game.  Deshaun Watson starts by week 6.  Texans go 10-6 on the season and win AFC South.

Bears 4-12 if Glennon has a great year.

I was going to post that the Bears would be just under .500 this season.  Unfortunately, I think your prediction is spot on.

Browns. 7-9. The D should be very good and the offense mediocre (which is an insane upgrade). Watch out for the brownies!!!

Browns are going to be a super competitive 5-11, be in the games almost every week, and take a huge step forward.  Kizer will have ups and downs but solidify himself as the QB of the future, and Peppers will become a Pro Bowler this year or the next.

Michigan tutelage notwithstanding, kid canball.

Patriots 13-3,.  Gronkowski may get 7 or 8 games in before he gets injured.

Would like to see Pats/cowboys Super Bowl

KC Chiefs. 10-6, maybe 11-5. Won't matter if we make the playoffs, we lose in the first round every time.

Watch the Steelers beat us in the first round last year, at home mind you, by only kicking field goals. Yay.
