Travel tips for my trip to Cuba? Thanks!

Recommended Posts

Hey brother and sisters I am traveling to Cuba Sept 10-15 and asking if anyone has advise for food, drinks, music ,art and of course where to "if any honey spots" for and to find Cuban cigars? Any help is greatly appreciated! My first time going to Cuba from US.

Thank you guys!

Thanks for the link and sorry this was my first post on FOH and didn't know there were other threads. Again thanks!

Of Course! Its no problem at all. It was a much better first post than "My Buddy got these on the beach in Cancun, Are they real??"

I would agree to write everything down before you go (there is a lot to remember) and OffMaps, maps.me or some other type of of Offline mapping app is a huge help. GPS isn't quite as effective down there. :D

Buy all the custom rolls you can bring back, and insist on a receipt.  Check the limits you can leave the country with.  Don't worry about the reentry limits, as U. S. customs really doesn't care (unless you get one in a bad mood).  You can buy high quality regular production here, so don't waste money and space on those down there.

Oh, and the most important thing...bring me back a black/white Hotel Nacional ash tray.
