Popular Post El Presidente
5-6 hours with a couple of mates.....in any of these http://champagneliving.net/6-luxurious-cigar-lounges-world/ Cigar clubs are the height of extravagance and exclusivity, often hosting some of the world’s wealthiest business people and a whole range of celebrities in the most luxurious of settings. For decades, cigar clubs have drawn a plethora of affluent clients, but a worldwide ban on smoking has encouraged a drive in popularity across the globe. Often found in big cities, many of the most expensive cigar clubs provide more than just a smoking lounge, offering a wide range of entertainment and fine dining to please the super-rich. Here is a list of our favourite luxurious cigar clubs to get you inspired, so why not shop for some cigars online before you visit, or even turn your favourite spot of the house into your own cigar club to relax and unwind. Library Bar, Dubai The highlight of this club is the impressive interior, which offers guests the chance to relax on leather couches and high-quality leather chairs. Although a range of fine dining and cocktails are available, the main menu at the Library Bar exclusively features luxury cigars sourced from across the globe, ensuring only the best for the local super-wealthy. If you decide for a bit of fresh air, step outside and take advantage of the golf course situated right next to the beach. The Garden Pavilion, London This club is located in the Ritz Hotel in London and is the most expensive of its kind in the world; it draws crowds of ultra-affluent guests on reputation alone. This top cigar lounge certainly doesn’t disappoint, offering a choice of luxurious interior design and an immaculately manicured green garden as the backdrop for its vast range of the world’s greatest cigars. Guests have a choice to either sit inside in the very decorate and luxurious interior or outside in the beautiful green garden. There are very few cigar clubs in the world that offer as wide a variety of cigars as the Garden Pavilion, and it’s easily the most expensive and high-end cigar club in the United Kingdom. Montecristo Cigar Bar, Las Vegas, United States Located within the world-famous Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip, Montecristo Cigar Bar takes luxury and extravagance to the next level. Compromising of over 4,000 square feet of space, this cigar lounge boasts an astonishing array of the worlds premium cigars that also include some of the rarest stogie’s in the world that can’t be found anywhere else. Montecristo is beautiful with a classically stylish interior full of darkly stained wooden panels and furniture made from the softest of leather. The bar also has a walk-in humidor that aids for the optimum storage, as well as a shelved display that resembles a cigar-lovers version of a library and will turn even the newest of cigar enthusiasts green with envy! The Carnegie Club, New York, United States The Carnegie Club is perhaps the highest end and most expensive cigar club in New York City. Some of the rarest and priciest cigars can be found here. The interior of the Carnegie Club is also a very gothic setting, worlds apart from not only other cigar clubs in New York but from other international lounges as well. Also, there’s also a bar that offers some very exotic drinks and cocktails. Redmoon, Beijing, China This cigar club is also a restaurant, but they still dedicate quite a large amount of space to a cigar-only area. The bar offers several high-end, exotic forms of wines, whiskies and cocktails, whilst traditional Chinese music plays in the background adding to the overall experience. The Redmoon unsurprisingly has a very oriental theme and feel to it, making it significantly more unique than your average cigar club. Additionally, unlike many other cigar bars, you can visit the Redmoon throughout the day, opening at noon. Capella Bar and Cigar Lounge, Dusseldorf Many consider the Capella Bar and Cigar Lounge in Dusseldorf to be the largest cigar club in Germany, and one of the largest in Europe. It has been the recipient of many bar awards throughout the past decade, which is no doubt attributed to the very luxurious décor, comfortable furniture, large menu, an excellent variety of expensive drinks at the bar and a very calm cigar lounge. If you ever embark on a personal quest to visit as many cigar clubs as you can, this one must be on your list. The Capella Bar and Cigar Lounge is opened every day in the middle of the afternoon, so it’s a more evening-oriented cigar lounge.
Habana Mike
Haven't been to the others here though I can say that for me the Carnegie Club is OK though a bit run down. The Grand Havana Room at 666 5th Avenue more closely fits the description.
canadianbeaver
Carnegie Club for us and and other FOH members together. Even back years ago before updating. And still like 1950's? Love it. CB
Riverstyx
The tobacco lounge in the Kempinski in Havana is awfully nice.

Guest Nekhyludov
My wife and I are headed to London in the fall and we've planned a day at the Ritz - afternoon tea, then the spa for her and a walk down to JJ Fox for me. Unfortunately, the Garden Pavilion is for Ritz Club members or hotel guests only, so riff-raff like me aren't welcome
Zigatoh
Is "most expensive" considered a good thing then? A decent pub garden, maybe with a sheltered area, and bring your own smokes (highest end super expensive tupperware only) works best for me. Or my garden with the bbq and firepit doing their business. I jest slightly but would enjoy them far more than any of the cigar lounges shown.

Popular Post shlomo
My garage wins hands down! Except for the moths and spiders. But the beer is cold, the scotch is plentiful and the cigars are perfectly calibrated to my tastes.

If not, the Cigar Terrace at The Wellesley is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi. I thought this could have made the list.

While it's nice I just wouldn't consider it one of the tops in terms of luxury....
joshb
So, Redmoon in Beijing is a no go. They've converted the cigar lounge into a whiskey room since the smoking laws changed this year or last...I just went by tonight. Then went to the LCDH at St Regis...they have a room with about 8 leather chairs that...drumrolll.......You can't smoke in anymore. They do have some outrageously expensive cigars though. Scotty
I would be happy with a large shed if it was close enough and full of like minded cigar lovers. The UK is utter shite for all things cigar related. There are a couple of "cigars bars" within 20 miles or so, have visited them both and and seem pretty empty other than a few pretentious twats trying to hold court. I just don't think we have the culture for it in the UK currently, but I so wish we did. That said, I shall be trying The Puffin Rooms in Liverpool next week with a non cigar smoking friend and his Mrs, is a bit of a jazz bar as well so might work out OK. Only problem is, it is owned by CGars Ltd which even by UK standards is horrendously over priced .

RijkdeGooier
While they all look fantastic, for me the Cohiba Atmosphere in Antwerp takes some beating. Probably has something to do with the company, the cigars and the booze I've had there too.

joshb
Right on. Beijing is huge and the traffic is terrible so getting across the city to someplace can be a challenge and potentially a waste of time. That said, if you're staying near the east side, go to the outside area at the bar at the "East Hotel". Great casual place to have a smoke, almost always some vibe and doesn't feel overly dead and commercial like a lot of the places around. Also, if you're over there, try to get to the 798 arts district right up the street. That place would be authentically cool in pretty much any city in the world, unlike a lot of the crap in Beijing.
Coloniales
I will have to saunter across to the Library Bar at the Ritz in Dubai. 5 mins walk from the La Casa nearby. Dubai, is better served by going to the Fairmont Palm cigar lounge, there is a small Cigar shop, with normal prices 10 paces from the bar. you can buy there, smoke your own, or ask Luigi Garcia what special stuff he has in the humidors. The Clayton in Chicago needs a mention, a newish private members place, its huge and fabulous. It has a smaller retail bit as well. Keith.

Corylax18
I was in Las Vegas last week for Communication Tower Rope Rescue Training and got a chance to stop by the Montecristo Lounge. This was my second time going and I like it very much. One large TV wall (10'x20') a huge walk in, video porker at the bar, an "outdoor lounge" out back and a general "Library" feel with all the hardwood and leather. I had the place to myself for almost an hour, so I got to poke around more than last time, below are a few photos from this most recent trip.
