Popular Post awkwardPause Posted August 2, 2017 Popular Post Posted August 2, 2017 I know a few other members have recommended these but didn't see a thread dedicated to this type of set-up. Picked a couple up myself and will be transferring cigars/ boxes to them today. Tupperdores have been good to me but not I'm not in love with the look (yes, yes, it's about function, I know). Fortunately I have a very cool/stable environment in my basement so I'll send out some updates with how they are doing in the long haul. I plan to use large Bovedas (62%) to hopefully maintain a number right around there, if not slightly lower which I like. With my experience with humidity in my home, I may not even need those! Would be great to hear other's experience with this particular brand of container. Cheers! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk 8
Doctorossi Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 I can't quite tell from the picture... do these have a gasket seal or just the clasps? 1
Boss Hog Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Great product. Premium cases for those that take storage seriously. 1

Colt45 Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Good stuff! There are a few discussions re Zarges. Alutec is another that seems to get high marks. 1
Optic101 Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Great option to store. They seal very well. Use a few to store at a second location. Checked once or twice a year in the past. Now I leave them alone. 1
MahDooRow Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 What are the measurements on these beautiful cases?

External dimensions ~ 23x23x24. They're about the volume of three 120 qt. marine coolers, when combined. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Mattb82 Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Do they have any type of smell when new? I've struggled for months getting the smell out of cooladors and a wineador. If these come with no smell or fuss I'm in

Smoked an incredible R&J Churchill today in the 65 degree weather. Love my Zarges containers. They are rock solid and I use the 65% Bovedas. They two hold just over 3000 cigars. Highly recommended for those that don't require temperature control. 11

There was a bit of an oily smell at first, but I wiped the inside down with some diluted dish soap/water then aired them out for several days. Now it's completely neutral when I open them - except for the smell of aging tobacco and cedar Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Popular Post dangolf18 Posted August 3, 2017 Popular Post Posted August 3, 2017 They look great but they are not exactly economical at $300-$500 a pop. 5

Yeah, like a guy that buys 3,000 pieces of wrapped leaves that he plans to burn is concerned about a grand for two metal boxes. 8

At the risk of sounding like Captain Obvious, I will ask is there anything economical about collecting and smoking Cuban cigars?? I can also take solace in the fact that my hoarding pales in comparison to some of the other folks on this board. 2
