Can anyone shed light on this cigar? Can't find any info on it, not even on CCW. Received it as a gift.

To my knowledge RA has never had a Cuba regional. So this could be a fake. Some other members with more regional experience will shed some light.

Agree with all the above--looks like maybe a machine made cigar to me as well?  Head just has that look to it.

You're right about the poor cutting on the band. Didn't notice it until you mentioned it. Even the gold color is muted. Comparing the bands, it's cut really smoothly on the connie A.

The spacing on the lettering on the ER band is atrocious. C U  BA 

And yes, the RA band has what I would call a shiny "foil" sheen as opposed to the "gold powder" sheen seen in the Connie A.
