FOH CAN/US Box Pass 2017 - Official Thread!

I tried to ship this out this morning and discovered that it is Columbus Day and the post office is closed. I checked with FedEx and UPS and they both wanted to charge me a small fortune to ship it. I will have to wait until tomorrow morning when the P.O. is open.

As of this morning, our Box Pass is over the ocean on the way to Hawaii!  First time the FOH box pass has left the continent.  We're breaking new ground (water?) with @Notsocleaver!

Whoever ends up with the Sancho, post a review up for me when you smoke it. Of the 6 from that box, that I have smoked, 5 have been pretty good but one was just transcendent, probably top ten all time.

I never heard back from @joshb and @khomeinist, so i have to assume they have withdrawn permanently.  With that, the box has completed its USA portion, and is enroute to @CanuckSARTech to mule across the border back to Canada for us! Given the extra effort to bring it over the border and the extra cost for shipping the box on via Canada Post, @CanuckSARTech has the opportunity to make another set of trades if he wants to.

Thanks Chris. It has been a pleasure to be able to participate with all you guys with these insane collections. Again, I am glad I was in the beginning as this boxpass continued to be stocked with HTF, aged beauties.

Happy to know you enjoyed it, mate!  I've been pleased to see you posting your cigars in the Daily Smoke thread, it's always good to know someone's takes are being enjoyed!

Well everyone, it's been a bit slow going lately as we transitioned back across the CAN/US border, but the box is now back in Canada and enroute to the final participant @vintagerodshop!  Once he's done his trades, the box will return to my door and I'll give a final run-down/synopsis on what has been an exceptional Box Pass. 

As mentioned, @CanuckSARTech did have the opportunity for another set of trades if he wanted, as he got the box across the border, but he declined the opportunity as he's headed down to Cuba for the Partagas Festival.

I've also let @garnett know that he can still jump back in if he wants to, as he's close to Vintagerodshop.  Hopefully he is able to jump back in, I hate to lose anyone in the pass for reasons beyond their control.  If not, we'll get him in the next time.
