We used to be able to get FOH shirts, hats, etc via Zazzle. Looks like the only things currently available are Surf Club items. I've got a couple of different shirts, and my original logo mug (and hats)

If we have not found a reasonably priced supplier. I may have a couple options here for either a silkscreen for T-shirts or a breast or pocket embroidery for Polos. It would be stateside so delivery may take a moment but its an option.

I can screen print and do DTG printing.  Looking at the Zazzle pricing, I can do better.  I'm looking into embroidery cost now.

I did and we are discussing this after Jan 7th.  I will not make anything without approval.  Not worth the legal trouble.

To whoever is looking into having the shirts done, you should check out VistaPrint. They offer international shipping and design/size/colour flexibility.

I don't want anything to do with it

If there is an experienced merch guy out there who is prepared to take on the various projects?  Step on up

Have you considered just uploading a few images and batch printing a bunch of shirts on cafepress?

there are several of those options but the resultant quality is not to everyone's standard.

I was the one who initially started the topic. I am still willing to create the artwork and distribute within the US. I would be willing to share the files for anyone else in other countries to seek out preferred printers.

I appreciate the offer!

Art work etc we are fine with. We have an excellent team. 

What is required is  cohesive merch strategy coordination by someone with the time and who has a proven performance record in that area and preferably in the area of cigar related merch. 

It has been on our radar for some time but we haven't run across the person with the right skill set/industry experience as of yet. 

We will find the right person I am sure.

Not offended. I would look to someone in China that can make and distribute what you need at a cost that is tied with shipping. Just my two sense.

I haven't been in the rag trade for over 10 years, so while I could do it, I'd pass on this to someone with more recent experience.

Yes these are legit. It was a stop-gap solution as we don't have to worry about taking orders and shipping but still receive some sales commission.
