La Pavoni and lever styled machines are pretty cool.  Someone came out with a totally manual machine that uses boiling water and just a lever.  No electronics.  I wonder how it actually is. Maybe someone has it here?

A Toddy Cold Brew system should keep me in iced coffee for the summer. 

I love these - we used to use them in the coffee shop I worked at in college. They make great cold concentrate and they're really inexpensive.

It couldn't be simpler, it takes 12hrs but it makes the best coffee I've had.

I second the Mizudashi, makes incredible cold brew overnight, as long as you've got some nice ground beans to throw in it

Ive got an entry level espresso machine at home which i use on weekends and holidays.

In office i only use a french press.

A new coffee franchise from Brazil opened up down the street from me that promotes cold brewed coffee.  Been meaning to stop in and try it.

My coffee maker is a Bonavita BV1900TS. It's one of the few that actually brews at the correct temperature for s reasonable price.
I use my french press on the weekends. I still think it beats the machine for flavor.

So true a Burr grinder makes a huge diff.
