Back from Italy with a little booty

We had a great two weeks in Italy.  Thought I would post a photo of a few things I managed to fit into the limited space in my luggage.  I say "limited space" because, after shipping home 35 pounds of clothing and other assorted unneeded items from Florence (second of the three cities we visited) to free up more luggage space for the trip home, the wifey proceeded to fill up the newly available space with assorted new purses, etc.  Florence smells like fine Italian leather.  She definitely needed more purses.   

I was allowed the two boxes of Italian regionals and a very nice leather overnight bag.  No complaints. 

Anyway, here's the booty I managed to bring back, in addition to some great memories of a wonderful once in a life time trip.  Had to get a sample of the Tuscano's, and the two boxes of Siglo I's are gifts for friends.  Most excited to be able to bring back the two bottles of HC, and the two boxes of Italian regionals:

Looks good! Are the La Escepcions readily available or were you smiled upon by the cigar deities? I am headed for the Amalfi Coast in a few weeks for the AmiCigar gathering and hope the wife will steer clear of the purse shops. Anyone else going?

Smiled upon.  Fincato had one or two boxes.  Gaetano told me he had just received the shipment, but didn't say how many boxes he received.  I got one of 'em.  HurtTim had just been in there the week before, with no luck.

Nice! Had a Toscano this past winter. Was strong and had a strange smell, but really not too bad! Good stuff!

Thanks, Bart.  We saw your family name a few times on the trip.  I was going to go back and take photos and send them to you, but never got back to them.  What do you think about these regionals?  Good ROTT, or need some rest?

Nice stuff!

I love a Toscano Classico, sweet sticky dates in spades. Aroma at cold is a bit off-putting unless you're expecting dung-smoked meat.

I wasn't overly keen on some of the other Toscanos though.

I like the Don Jose, LFDC is not bad in flavor but too small for my regular rotation but price you paid is the cheapest you will find, great pick ups
