I have had more plugged HUP half coronas than any other CC. Has anyone else had this problem ?

Wow, I've actually had better luck with these than other cheaper/small smokes.

I prefer inconsistency in quality to consistency in lack of flavours, turbo draw and nauseous doses of nicotine…

I don't think you'll get much of an argument with the generally more consistent contruction etc with NC's, but I find NC's monochrome.   For me I'll never get the "4K vivid colour & surround

I think the fresh fruit /real food metaphor is very good for Cubans. NC tend to be incredibly consistent in terms of flavour and construction. But like processed foods which share this similarity

Also in carryon, zip locked and with a boveda.  And I've had Punch Punch, Punch DC's, Sabrosos, and other sticks that have traveled just fine domestically, so it's not a sure thing that they will all suffer, just a significant percentage and with a randomness that makes it hard to predict.  With the travel to SE Asia it really seems like the local environment is the bigger culprit rather than the 18 hours of travel time, but I'm just guessing. :cigar:

Heading to Bali for a few weeks so fingers crossed, we can get high humidity here so maybe i have built in a natural tolerance ;)

I had two tins of original release and all were disappointing and suffered from construction issues.

I gather the boxes were/are better but I've been burnt and I'm in an unusually unforgiving mood :D

When the tins came out I believe we had a five pack or however they came out. I thought, gee, won't it be nice to give the empty tins away when done and peeps will love them?

We had the same issue. For some reason, so many were plugged up and dry. It must be no access to humidity through the regular box, but rather minimal air through a tin.

Hey, smoke up if you got 'em and problem solved I guess?
