Popular Post 99call
Hello All, I used to be a chef many years ago, and have remained and avid foodie to this day. Many years ago one of my mates met me for a coffee and raved about her rip to Roca Moo restaurant in Girona. She was a big fan of CC and one of my few friends a could smoke with and have a chin wag. The dish she was blown away with was "A trip to Havana". Apparrantly this desert ran for many years, and comprised of a shaved bitter chocolate wrapper and a centre of a leathery madagascan ice cream that had been placed in a hermetically sealed booth with vintage Partagas tobacco chuffing away. This was accompanied by a deconstructed Mojito as a palette cleanser. I was very jealous, and still hope to get there one day. What are your thought FOH?? Is this the best dessert cigar ever?
HabanoHam
It definitely sounds delicious! I'm very curious as to how Partagas infused ice cream would taste too.
raymond5737
I'm confused... Are you talking about a dessert cigar or what? I'm still very interested in learning more about the cigar you are talking about.

DBNInc
Looks awesome, sounds incredible. I wonder what they used for the ash. Gray colored sugar or salt perhaps?
Winchester21
Interesting approach to the topic. In many cases my deserts are consumed in restaurants thus limiting my smoking opportunities due to legal and time constraints. My idea of a desert cigar is an after dinner smoke at my first opportunity after a large evening meal. If time is an issue a dark aged PLPC would be my first choice. If I have lots of time I generally opt for a Cohiba such as a robusto or a siglo 6. Other high priority choices would be a Bolivar Belicoso Fino or certainly a Partagas D4 from a good batch. Munching on a decadent desert such as you described would be a huge plus. Back a few years we were able to enjoy an after dinner cigar with a big slab of cheesecake or chocolate cake and a Drambue at places like Mortons Steakhouse. Unfortunately the smoking Nazis made resturant smoking illegal in this city -charlotte NC USA
