JohnS
So what are we smoking this Sunday afternoon? And can Sergio Garcia hang on to win his first Golf Major in 73 attempts (or since 1999)? One thing I do know, it's going to be a fun few hours coming up, judging by history and what happens on the back 9 on the final Sunday afternoon at Augusta.

archosaur
Will light up a SCDLH Torreon sometime after the golf. Hoping Fowler can make a run here on the back 9.Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
Texwrangler
I'm still going with Tiger Woods for a miracle comeback to win.....oh, and parti short with crown and coke :-)
JohnS
Rose and Garcia at -9 going into the 72nd hole. I must say, I wouldn't mind a playoff, just to accentuate the drama folks! P.S. What about those shots into the 18th for both players just now!
Habana Mike
Playoff it is. Question as to an H&F or Tabacalera RE this evening up in the air....
JohnS
I just read up on playoffs in Majors. Interestingly, they are all different. If we were at the US Open, we'd be back tomorrow for another 18 holes. The British Open has a 4-hole aggregate playoff, the U.S. PGA has a 3-hole aggregate playoff. The US Masters is SUDDEN DEATH! There is nothing worse than a Monday 18 hole playoff. Talking about killing the momentum of a Sunday finish. Tons of fans can't come back to watch, and I lot can't even watch on tv. It may be one of the worst things in sports. Edit: oh and great Masters final round. Glued to my seat all afternoon. Cep
i wonder if there will ever be a ladies masters at augusta?
luv2fly
I doubt it. It took a long time to let women even join The Augusta National. Not sure 100% but I think they can join now. My mom was raised there and that question is something she remembers. We have been out of the Master's scene since my step-grandmother passed. No leaving tickets to survivors once you are gone. Habana Mike
I think once Ginny Rometti was made CEO of IBM they had to break the ice. Never been a big blue boss that wasn't a member....

Habana Mike
Actually in 2012 Ginny was the third female member, following Condoleezza Rice and Darla Moore, a partner of the private investment firm Rainwater, Inc, who was married to Richard Rainwater, founder of the firm. http://www.golfdigest.com/story/ibm-ceo-ginni-rometty-is-augus
