I've been very disciplined 4 - 5 gym sessions per week

no after meal snacking

eating well

cut down carbs 

but still feel it is not coming off as quick as I'd like

85.4 Kgs 

Definately in better shape though, feel fit and stronger

Still kicking ass (in my mind anyway) down a total of 24 lbs so far, long way to go, but I'm proud.

Apparently living on the beach,eating fried fish and going to the beach bar for live music every night isn't a good diet plan. Back home now, I'll start trying. 255 LBS

Down another 2.5 kgs, and a belt buckle size. 114kg. Feeling good. Love to get to 105kg.

I should have gotten off my arse and on the boards and in this.  I'm on the tail end of dropping 40lbs although it's taken me a year to do it.

Congrats to all the fellas putting in hard work on their diets and at the gym.  I was personally too chicken to sign up, but I've been motivated to keep pushing on my own diet from reading this thread, so thanks!

Not much change this last month I don't think. (Can't find the previous thread to see what I weighed! lol) Anyway I'm 14st 5 lbs as of this morning.
