Hamaki Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 This year I've started to dive down the rabbit hole of fine cigars. It started with some basic research and trying different cigars from a local shops mainly from brands such as Ashton, Perdomo, Padron, Crowned Heads and a few others. Some were better than others and I relied mostly on the advice of the shop staff rather than cigar mag rankings. Thanks to a recent business trip I was finally able to broaden my horizons to include Cuban cigars and tried a Cohiba Robusto, Partagas D No.4 and Monte Cristo No 4. I really enjoyed each one! I look forward to digesting the wealth of knowledge/experience on the board and hope to meet some members in the Greater Nashville area.
Danimalia Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Welcome! Crowned Heads is based out in your neck of the woods, right? I dig the JD Howard Reserve and La Imperiosa quite a bit. This place has a ton of great information. It's helped me quite a bit.
